When you submit an inquiry, we receive the contact details and product requirements you enter. If you use the design upload form, we also receive the files you choose to attach.
How we use it
We use submitted information to assess requirements, prepare samples or quotations, communicate about your project, and maintain an inquiry record. We do not use uploaded designs as public portfolio material without permission.
Storage and service providers
Inquiry information may be delivered through our configured email and business-record systems. Access is limited to people involved in sales, engineering, production, or order support.
Browser session storage
To help prevent duplicate submissions, this website keeps a submission reference, content fingerprint and success marker in your browser session. These entries do not contain your contact details or uploaded files and are not used for advertising. Clearing them can remove retry protection.
Sensitive or confidential files
Do not upload trade secrets or highly sensitive information before suitable confidentiality terms are agreed. For projects requiring an NDA, contact us first and request the appropriate submission route.
