What material and sizes are available?
PP Elizabethan collars are made in transparent, diagonal, frosted, or colored sheet. Colored PP can be translucent or opaque. All three closures share one size run, #7.5 to #30, from small puppy to extra-large dog, so a brand or clinic program can mix styles on the same chart.
Which collar styles can I source?
Three closures cover the range. Classic Elizabethan collar (Model A) uses an insert-hole fit for simple disposable programs. Click Elizabethan collar (Model C) uses a click tab for faster application in clinics and packing lines. Velcro Elizabethan collar (Model V) uses an adjustable strap when neck sizes vary within one order. Printing and edge binding are chosen on the same brief as the closure.
What can I customize?
Each collar is built from five production specs: material, printing, cutting, edge binding, and packaging. Leave the rim plain, or finish it with black PU or gray EVA binding. Print a custom logo, a full-surface pattern, or apply a custom label, and pack in bulk, a labeled inner box, or a tote bag. Send a specification outside these options for review before sampling.
How does OEM ordering work?
Send an RFQ with the five specs, the sizes you need, quantity, and destination market. We confirm the construction, then make a sample collar at no charge; you pay the freight. Bulk production starts after you approve that sample.
What is the path from inquiry to shipment?
The buyer path is inquiry, artwork and spec confirmation, sample, production, quality check, and export packing. On the line, the collar follows material, printing, cutting, edge binding, and packaging against the approved sample.
What about MOQ, lead time, and payment?
MOQ, Incoterms, and payment are set in your quotation. Typical bulk lead time is about 30 days after sample approval, and the schedule for that order is confirmed with the quote. The sample collar is free; the buyer pays freight.
Do you provide certificates?
Documents depend on the destination market. We confirm what can be supplied for that market before any certificate or compliance statement is attached to the order.
