An OEM inquiry is faster when the factory can see the build, not only the logo. AlphaPetPro quotes from five production choices: material, printing, cutting, edge binding, and packaging.

The five production choices
Material is clear, diagonal, frosted, or colored PP.
Cutting is the closure: Model A insert-hole, Model C click, or Model V Velcro.
Edge binding is none, black PU, or gray EVA composite. Model V is quoted with binding.
Printing is none, a custom logo, a full-surface pattern, or a custom label. Packaging is bulk, an inner box with your label, or a tote bag.
Sizes and quantity
The range is seven sizes, #7.5, #10, #12.5, #15, #20, #25, and #30. Say how many pieces of each size, not only a total.
Neck-hole, length, and thickness are on the size guide. Confirm the neck-hole measurement method and the sample fit before a mixed order. Do not convert those figures into pet weight.
Artwork and the sample
Send the logo file, where it should sit, and a color reference if the print is not black. Full-surface artwork needs the same placement note.
The sample collar is free. The buyer pays the freight. Approve the sample before bulk production. Print, color, edge, and fit are checked on that sample, not on the email render.
What the quotation still has to set
MOQ, Incoterms, payment, and lead time are set in the quotation for that build. They are not a single number for every closure, print, and destination.
